“MYSTERY BABYLON” IN THE MODERN CHURCH

One of the principal demons worshiped by ancient Babylon was Baphomet, a fierce-looking, goat-headed creature that was half-human male and half female. The beast was winged, with a five-pointed “Eastern Star” in its forehead. Baphomet's other symbol consisted of a vertical shaft with five horizontal bars crossing it. This emblem is of concern to us for two reasons: It is the main centerpiece at Freemasonry's International Headquarters, the Mother Supreme Council of the World, in Washington, D.C., and operates in many Evangelical Churches. The insignia was worn by the Grand Commander, Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry, Albert Pike, 1859 to 1891, who blatantly said "The Masonic Religion should be, by all of us initiates of the high degrees, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine ... yes, Lucifer is God."1

Baphomet’s sign, worn today by the Grand Commander of Freemasonry, was also used by leading Satanists of the 20th century and those who published the satanic bible. Since this demon is a goat-headed deity, in certain Masonic rituals the men place a goat's head covering over their own head to signify the submission of their minds to Baphomet. Contrast this to Paul’s statement that Christians should have the “mind of Christ.” I Corinthians 2:16. Can Christians have both? No!

I am not on a campaign against Freemasonry. Such an effort would be futile on my part. Here is my concern: This Baphomet deception is so powerful, so pervasive, that many Protestant Churches jealously protect their Masonic members, pretend they don’t know about goats-heads, drinking from human skulls, or swearing blood-chilling oaths with their hands on the Moslem Koran while the same churches excommunicate members and defrock pastors because they experience the Holy Spirit’s baptism and miraculous gifts.2 I Corinthians 12-14. Much of the Church has been converted by the very ones Jesus sent it into the world to convert! God help us! God help us!

Jesus said to such a church, "I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God ... hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you ... He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Revelation 3:1-6.

But there is more to learn. The familiar "Fez," the red cap, worn by Shriners of the 33rd Masonic Degree and kept under a glass dome in their homes, is named for the city of Fez, Morocco. In the eighth century, Islamic hordes overran the city and slaughtered 50,000 Christian men, women, and children. In honor of Allah, the murderers dipped their hats in Christian blood and paraded in the streets of Fez. This is authenticated history; not religious imagination. Whenever you see that red Fez today, remember the bloodied streets of Morocco and the slaughtered followers of Jesus. Does the Mason under the Arabic-cap know he is acknowledging Allah's Moroccan victory? Probably not. Masonry is filled with double-meanings of which the initiate is told only part. By the time a Mason has become a "Shriner," having placed his hand on the Koran and swearing oaths, his innocence is gone. He can no longer claim ignorance for his actions.

Why are Babylon and Egypt the two ideologies which Masonry devotedly imitates? This is an easy question to answer: Historically, Babylon and Egypt are the two greatest enemies Israel and the Church have ever faced. Ancient Jews and Christians suffered immeasurably from these two pagan kingdoms. But!, someone argues, Masonry gives great homage to Christ. Let me explain: Islam has five prophets, one of whom is a strange being named "Jesus." According to the Koran, this Jesus is not the Son of God, was not crucified on a cross, did not die, was never buried--had no resurrection from the dead--and is not the Redeemer of mankind. The Moslem "Jesus" is the Masonic Jesus--not Jesus of the New Testament. Nor does the "Eastern Star" of Masonry commemorate the one that announced the birth of Christ (as some naively believe.) Not at all. It comes straight from the goat-head of Baphomet. Worshiping the Masonic "Jesus" is adoration of a Moslem prophet and utter blasphemy to the Son of God. The New Testament Jesus never exhorted His followers to murderous atrocities and demonic oaths. Never! The mere suggestion that He would is blasphemy.

Someone else argues, “But Freemasonry is a charitable organization, operating children’s hospitals, nursing homes, and providing help to the needy.” For acts of mercy we are grateful, yes. Spiritually, however, these works glorify Baphomet--not Jesus Christ--and fall into the category of “wonderful works” of those of whom Jesus warned, “Depart from me, you who work iniquity. I never knew you!” Matthew 7:23. One absolutely cannot come to Christ by way of the bloody altars of Babylon or by swearing gory oaths to “rip up the wombs of women and crush infant heads against the wall.” One former-Mason explained that when he made the oath he was told he did not have to believe it but he did have to say it. But God says to all who make such vows, “Out of your own mouth will I judge you.” Luke 19:22. Even so, to those who are trapped in Babylon, Jesus exhorts, “Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4.

But how can Christians, especially deacons and church leaders, be deceived into making such horrible vows? Be aware, in his first step into Masonry, the initiate allowed himself to be blindfolded, hands tied behind his back, a rope lashed around his neck, and in that state of utter submission, was led into Masonic darkness. Once he surrendered his will in such a rite, he became their victim, his mind became their ploy. Freemasonry does not intend that its members understand the organization's mysteries; it intends only that each "shall imagine he understands."3 Dual-meanings obscure everything in Masonry. This is its’ ultimate deceit.

During the lifetime of America's Founding Fathers, many of whom were Masons, the cult had not yet plunged into its present depth of paganism. But, by 1827 the change had occurred and Captain William Morgan of Batavia, New York, a former Mason, published an expose of the organization's dark secrets. Morgan was kidnapped, killed, and his body never found. An anti-Masonic war followed that closed half the Lodges in the U.S. and all of them in the state of Vermont. Charles Finney, D.L. Moody, R.A. Torrey, Alexander Campbell, and others, ordered Evangelical Christians to get out of Freemasonry or give up the church. Thousands fled the organization. With Christians gone from Masonry, the process of paganizing the craft became more intense--and more successful.

During Albert Pike’s reign as Grand Commander he successfully maximized Egyptian and Babylonian ideology. Pike also believed in the "Aryan Master Race," passing the concept to his son-in-law, whose writings in turn fortified the beliefs of Adolph Hitler. Pike's book was a best-seller in the Third Reich. I personally ministered the Christian-rite of �liverance” to an American woman who as a child had been befriended by Adolph Hitler’s personal psychic and medium. The demonic power that manifested in that exorcism defies description. Believe me, such demons are real. It is impossible for Masons to participate in their activity and not become infected by them. Please know that I have only love and concern for men and women trapped in Masonry. I have no ax to grind and no rocks to throw at them personally. They have been deluded by the double-meaning of its teachings and ceremonies.

Masonry remains a daughter of "Mystery Babylon," of whom Scripture says, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a habitation of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird ... And I heard another voice from heaven saying, 'Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues." Revelation 18:2,4. I may lose friends and incite opposition because of this article. At the same time, I have no other choice. “The Kingdom of Heaven is suffering violence and the violent are taking it by force.” Matthew 11:12. As a result, thousands of Christians and church leaders have forfeited the Holy Spirit’s power because of the Masonry\Mystery-Babylon fraud. Pray for them! Pray for me! If you are one of those caught in this hellish web, flee for your life! GET OUT!

TRUE HUMILITY: KEY TO POWER

I am Native American descent from both my parents’ ancestry--which history unfortunately contains much that is occult. Even so, there are many things which I admire in the life of my forefathers. Native Americans had an expression which they applied only to certain individuals who lived in stressless harmony with God, nature, and their surroundings. They said that person “walked in beauty.” The expression says perfectly what I want to accomplish in Christ. I want to “walk in beauty.” By that, I mean I want the tenor of my life to be reverent, free of tension to me and others, and most importantly of all, to be one with which the Holy Spirit does not strive. Scripturally, when anyone achieves that state, he has “entered into rest.” In Native American talk, that one is “walking in beauty.” Commit yourself to being one who joins in that walk. Here are select scriptures which have helped me in my pursuit.

1. Matthew 23:10-13. “Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.”

2. Job 32:21-22: (Elihu speaking) “Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.”

3. John 5:43-47: “I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?”

4. James 4:5-10. “Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”

5. And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, you shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away. Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

6. 2 Chronicles 7:12-14: “And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice. If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

7. 7. Proverbs 29:22-23. 𠇊n angry man stirreth up strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression. A man's pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.”

8. Isaiah 57:15-16. “For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

“Sons In Ministry” Event Scheduled!

I can now give confirmed dates for this year’s Sons In Ministry meeting to be held in Jacksonville, Florida, Thursday through Saturday, September 22,23,24, 2005. Meetings will be held at Grace Chapel, an excellent facility conveniently located in the Mandarin section of Jacksonville, adjacent to San Jose Boulevard, with numerous restaurants and hotels nearby. Wives are welcome! This meeting is intended for ministers with whom I am personally acquainted or who come with my permission. It is necessary that you register in advance. Details will follow in Gentle Conquest with maps, hotel locations, and other information. Later you will be able to register on line. There is no registration fee. Hopefully, Jack Taylor will be participating and those under his “wing” of ministry will also attend. That, however, is yet to be determined. Watch for further announcements.
